Very few offer discounted real estate commissions because they simply maximize profits for the same service! High commission Realtors decide to operate under brokerages that take BIG cuts from their earnings which justify their big listing commissions to their sellers in the form of “marketing.” 

Because we operate with Brokers Guild Real Estate, we are not charged excess fees and can EARN your business the right way by competing and passing those savings directly to the customer. 

We do not charge a set percentage amount because we want to ensure we are maximizing savings for sellers of a wide price range. Ultimately our listing commission is negotiable because we 100% guarantee to beat out all competing realtor costs to sell your property. So ultimately we ensure your getting the best deal possible saving you literal thousands!

**Keep in mind, seperately what is offered to the buying side of the transaction, while flexible, it is best practice to keep as a fixed amount between 2.5-3% as that is the market standard. 

We DO NOT charge anything to you as a buyer to help you obtain a home! We earn our commission from the seller of the home instead! They compensate us for bringing them a qualified buyer- YOU! 

We neither have an incentive towards any specific house or company, we will show you everything that you qualify for that exists on the market for sale! 

For sellers, we cover all of Colorado markets! 

For home buyers, we cover just the El Paso county greater Colorado Springs area for now until we expand!

If selling: the process takes as long as the market takes to sell the house. Despite any presentations you may have heard from realtors and how they can sell your property faster with their higher commission rates – the market/MLS is the true driving factor as to how quickly your house sells for. It’s all about correctly pricing for the level of updates your property possesses. Then estimating the average days on market that can be forecasted!  

If buying: the process can be as long as you make it! As a buyer you have the time and options advantage on your side. At a bare minimum it takes 30 days to close on a purchase. Everything outside of that is house shopping time! 

Absolutely not! We do not do hidden fees. 

As a seller, your costs as it relates to us is only the agreed upon listing commission rate. 

As a buyer, your main costs are only what’s associated with the obtaining the loan – entirely separate from us.
